Bodegas Viñátigo is a family project in northern Tenerife devoted to recovering and championing the archipelago's native grape varieties, many of them almost forgotten. Amid a landscape of vineyards climbing the slopes of La Guancha, with Teide as a backdrop, the winery makes wines that reflect the diversity of the volcanic soils and the islands' long viticultural history.
