Bodega Stratvs
A winery in the volcanic heart of La Geria, with vines planted in lapilli pits, offering guided tours and tastings of volcanic Malvasia wines.

Bodega Stratvs is a producer of artisanal, natural wines located in La Geria, in Uga (Yaiza), next to Timanfaya National Park and within the Barranco del Obispo, in the wine-growing area of Lanzarote. Founded in 2008 by the Rosa family, it is built around a traditional Canarian house from 1730, today its gourmet shop, with a design that prioritises sustainability and respect for the volcanic environment through local materials.
It makes wines on volcanic soil from varieties such as Malvasía Volcánica, Diego, Listán Negro, Baboso Negro, Syrah, Tempranillo and Moscatel: dry and barrel-aged whites, reds from century-old vines, rosé and naturally sweet wines. The project follows a KM0 philosophy and is advised by enologist Raúl Pérez.
It offers daily guided tours of about one hour with a walk through the winery, an explanation of the winemaking process and a tasting of three wines accompanied by cheeses from Finca de Uga, along with the Saturday Maridaje Sonoro with live music.
