Hotel Rural El Refugio

Hotel Rural El Refugio is an adults-only rural accommodation set in a 19th-century Canarian manor house in Cruz de Tejeda (Vega de San Mateo, Gran Canaria), within the Parque Rural del Nublo and the Sacred Mountains area declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It offers double and superior double rooms, a Garden Suite with its own entrance and kitchenette, and attic rooms for groups and pilgrims. It has the Tajinaste del Refugio restaurant, serving French cuisine and open to the public, a seasonal heated pool, free WiFi and an airport transfer service. It welcomes dogs of any breed and size and is the end point of a stage of the Camino de Santiago of Gran Canaria, with access to more than 300 royal trails for hiking.
