The San Roque romería winds through the historic centre of San Cristóbal de La Laguna, a Unesco World Heritage site. Ox carts, folk groups and traditional dress along streets of colonial architecture.
It is one of the easiest romerías to reach without a car: La Laguna is linked to Santa Cruz by tram.
