Children's Coso parade, Santa Cruz Carnival 2027verified

The Coso Infantil of the Carnaval de Santa Cruz de Tenerife 2027 sets off on Friday 26 February 2027 at 18:00 from the Parque García Sanabria on Calle Méndez Núñez, and runs along Calle del Pilar, Villalba Hervás and La Marina. It is a free street event.

The Coso is the costumed parade of the capital's carnival, and this is its children's version, distinct from the adult Coso Apoteósico held on 23 February on the Avenida de la Constitución. Visitors see costumed children and groups passing along the route, watched standing from the pavements.

The theme of the 2027 Santa Cruz de Tenerife Carnival is “Roma Eterna: El Imperio del Carnaval” (Eternal Rome: the Empire of Carnival). Forty years on, the carnival returns to Rome, the 1987 theme and the first to give the whole celebration a single look and story.
