Parque Garcia Sanabria
The largest urban park in the Canary Islands, in the heart of Santa Cruz: botanical gardens, fountains, open-air sculptures and its famous flower clock.

Parque Garcia Sanabria is the largest urban park in the Canary Islands, opened in 1926 in the centre of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and listed as a site of cultural interest. Its several hectares bring together botanical gardens, tree-lined avenues, fountains and a notable collection of open-air sculptures, with the well-known Swiss-style flower clock as the park's emblem.
It is a fine place for an unhurried stroll, to sit in the shade of mature trees and to seek out the sculptures scattered along the walkways. Close to the Rambla and the city centre, it serves as the green lung of the capital and a pleasant stop for photos and a rest between visits.
