Squatina Sub is a dive centre in San Andrés that also runs stand up paddle at Las Teresitas beach, just north of Santa Cruz. It rents single boards and large group boards for up to eight people, with paddle, life jacket, changing area and locker included.
Lessons are available for every level, and the only requirement is being able to swim. With advance notice the team leads a guided route along the Anaga coast, a relaxed way to see the mountains from the water.
