Bahianus Club
Bahianus Club is a diving school in Puerto del Carmen, on Lanzarote, which dives in small groups with an experienced instructor and matches groups and dive sites to each diver's level. Most dives are shore dives, and boat dives are organised as well. Underwater there are caves, tunnels, drop-offs and wrecks off Puerto del Carmen, with rays, angel sharks, barracudas and, with luck, seahorses.

Bahianus Club dives all year round around Lanzarote, in small groups led by an experienced instructor, for beginners and experienced divers alike. Most dives start from the shore, with short walks and easy entries to the most interesting sites, which lie right in front of the base, but boat dives are also organised regularly. Because the seabed drops quickly into great depths, even shore dives reach demanding depths, and pale sand next to dark lava reefs creates strongly contrasting underwater landscapes.
The school explains that most of its dive areas are protected, with no fishing or hunting allowed, and the marine life shows it: subtropical fish on easy, shallow dives, rays, angel sharks, barracudas, amberjacks and tuna in deeper water, plus octopus, nudibranchs, shrimp and, with luck, seahorses. There are caves, tunnels, drop-offs and wrecks just off the coast of Puerto del Carmen, night dives and full-day diving trips around the island. Michael S. Grohn, a CMAS and I.A.C. instructor, trains divers from the first try dive up to instructor level, and appointments are arranged via WhatsApp.
