Restaurante La Pasada

In Guarazoca, in the municipality of Valverde, La Pasada has been a reference point on El Hierro since the year 2000. Home cooking built on good produce: stuffed pineapple, grilled limpets, fried Herreno cheese, meats and fresh fish, washed down with island wine. On El Hierro no one talks about guachinches, but La Pasada plays the same role, the food of always, generous and without pretension. They take no reservations and fill up fast, so go early.
