Piscina Natural Las Rosas
Rock-sheltered natural pool at Punta Mujeres in north-east Lanzarote, with calm turquoise water suited to a safe, uncrowded swim.

Piscina Natural Las Rosas sits in Punta Mujeres, a village of white houses in north-east Lanzarote where the sea threads between the volcanic rock. Sheltered by natural walls, the pool keeps its water calm and clear even when the Atlantic breaks hard on the nearby coast.
Access is by an iron ladder and the bottom can be rocky, so water shoes are welcome. It is an uncrowded corner, prized by families and by those after a serene swim and good visibility for snorkelling at mid to high tide.
