Top Women Talks holds its first Tenerife edition in La Laguna under the motto «El Poder del Cambio» (The Power of Change), starting from one idea: change is not something you wait for, it is something you make happen. The day aims to help participants break through blocks, unlock their potential and rewrite the rules of personal and professional leadership. The programme includes the talk «De la autoexigencia a la confianza» (From self-demand to confidence), given by a healthcare worker, writer and trainer in emotional intelligence, self-esteem, trauma and leadership, and a session called «Mira tú por dónde» on nonviolent communication, play and laughter therapy.
The general ticket costs 49 € and includes a welcome pack with small gifts, the event materials and access to the TWT Tenerife community. The TOP ticket, at 77 €, adds a front-row seat and a full finger-food lunch with drinks, coffee and tea for networking. Places are limited. The event takes place on Saturday 24 October 2026, from 10:00 to 16:00, at Plaza del Adelantado 11 in La Laguna.
