Live sacred music in the cemeteries of Santiago del Teide for All Saints' and All Souls' Dayverified
For All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day, the municipal cemeteries of Santiago del Teide host live sacred music alongside the masses: on Sunday 1 November at 10:00 in Tamaimo, and on Monday 2 November at 15:30 in Santiago del Teide, at 16:30 in Tamaimo and at 18:15 in Arguayo. It is a tradition every year, and you can listen without a ticket. In Arguayo the music follows the 17:30 mass.
As every year, Santiago del Teide town council marks All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day with live sacred music in its municipal cemeteries, alongside the masses held in memory of loved ones. It is a quiet, moving occasion in the cemeteries of Tamaimo, Santiago del Teide and Arguayo.
The sacred music times are: Sunday 1 November at 10:00 in Tamaimo cemetery, before the 10:30 mass; Monday 2 November at 15:30 in Santiago del Teide cemetery, before the 16:00 mass, and at 16:30 in Tamaimo cemetery, before the 17:00 mass. In Arguayo cemetery it is the other way round: mass is at 17:30 and the sacred music follows at 18:15. No ticket is needed.
