III The Blue Challenge Open Water Swim 2026verified
The III Travesía a nado The Blue Challenge is an open-water swim between Los Cristianos and El Palm-Mar on Saturday 21 November 2026. The 5,000 m starts from Los Cristianos beach at 10:30 with a maximum of 150 swimmers; the 2,500 m starts from El Palm-Mar at the same time, and the 1,000 m at 13:15. Current fees: 26 € (1 km), 30 € (2.5 km) and 45 € (5 km); children's swims are free.
Organised by Canaryrun with the collaboration of Spring Hoteles, the swim offers three distances. The 5,000 m starts from Los Cristianos beach and is limited to 150 participants; the 2,500 m starts from El Palm-Mar on a linear course; the 1,000 m begins at 13:15, once the last 5,000 m swimmer has reached the beach. The children's swims, free of charge, start at 14:00.
From 1 October to 15 November entry costs 26 € (1 km), 30 € (2.5 km) and 45 € (5 km). Race numbers for the 5,000 m are collected from 08:30 to 09:30 at the Muelle Playa de Los Cristianos. The event takes place on Saturday 21 November 2026, and the 5,000 m and 2,500 m both start at 10:30.
