The second Riot Grrrl Day brings together in Tenerife a musical line-up committed to making female talent visible and to the DIY ethic. Bala, the Galician duo of Ánxela Baltar and Violeta Mosquera, heads the bill with stoner rock, grunge, punk and metal. From the Scottish Highlands, the sisters Screany and Onzy, Bratakus, play Tenerife for the first time with their hardcore punk and riot grrrl, presenting their 2026 album Hagridden. Laura DSK, a Madrid songwriter and singer and former member of Dskarrila, makes her Canary Islands debut with her third album, Todos Amigos, blending melodic punk rock and rap. Also on the bill are Deaf Devils, a Valencian quartet led by Lucyfer that mixes action rock, punk and rock and roll, and Las Pikas, a power trio from the Canarian scene with roots in Italy, Egypt and the Canaries, playing fast punk rock with a social message.
Tickets cost €13 in advance and €16 at the door, and the organisers announce parallel activities linked to the festival in Tenerife and Gran Canaria. It takes place at Aguere Cultural, Calle Herradores, 47, in La Laguna, on Saturday 7 November 2026 at 19:30.
