She has toured worldwide and performed and recorded with David Bowie, Cyndi Lauper, Paul Simon, Steely Dan, Jackson Browne, Wynton Marsalis and Rosanne Cash, among others, and has appeared on more than 200 albums.
Her album Strictly Romancin’ won the 2012 Prix du Jazz Vocal from France’s Académie du Jazz, and she was a featured artist on the Grammy-winning soundtrack of the series Boardwalk Empire.
