A walking route through the Barranco de la Virgen in Valleseco, one of the deepest and narrowest ravines in the north of Gran Canaria. According to the municipal tourism site, the ravine forms part of the Doramas Rural Park and still holds remnants of the laurel forest that once covered the interior of the island, between walls that have sheltered endemic plants, with the laurel pigeon reintroduced in the area.
