Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe
Parish church holding Lanzarote's foremost ecclesiastical heritage, in the best-preserved old town of the Canaries.

The Church of Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe presides over Teguise's Plaza de la Constitución, the former capital of Lanzarote. Founded in the 15th century and enlarged and rebuilt after several fires, it holds the island's most important ecclesiastical heritage.
Set in the best-preserved old town in the archipelago, it forms part of a monumental ensemble with the Spínola Palace and the Santa Bárbara castle. On Sundays the town fills with one of the most popular street markets in the Canaries.
