Gran Ruta 18 - Circular Garajonay
Long crossing of around 16 km through Garajonay National Park traversing every ecosystem of La Gomera's laurel forest.

Gran Ruta 18 is the longest trail in Garajonay National Park and one of the most diverse and spectacular on La Gomera, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Over some 16 kilometres the route crosses every ecosystem of the park: from wind-battered summit heathlands to the deepest, dampest corners of the laurel forest, passing lookouts with views of the roques and the Benchijigua caldera. It is one of the island's most visited routes, demanding on account of its length but only moderately difficult, ideal for anyone wanting to grasp the richness of La Gomera's cloud forest in a single walk.
