Playa de San Sebastián
Urban dark-sand beach with calm waters in the bay of San Sebastián, sheltered and family-friendly.

The main beach of San Sebastián de La Gomera opens onto the harbour bay, with dark sand, generally calm water and all the comfort of being right in the town. Sheltered by the pier, it is a safe, family-friendly beach, ideal for a quiet dip with services, restaurants and the old town a step away. It is the island's first image for those arriving by boat, and a good place to start discovering La Gomera at an easy pace.
