You may already be listed: here's how to claim your listing for free
Many businesses in the Canary Islands are in the Islas24 guide without even knowing it. We've gathered nearly 1,800 places from all eight islands: guachinches in the north, family restaurants, craft workshops, surf schools, shops, clinics. If yours is one of them, you can claim it in a minute, for free, and from then on you decide which photos and contact details appear on it.
How do you find your business?
Open the guide and type the name of your business into the search box. If you're not sure what name we listed it under, search for what you offer: sushi, hairdresser, diving, dentist.
If you can't find it, it's probably not listed yet. That's no problem either: you can create a new listing for free on the Get listed on Islas24 page.
Claiming your listing in three steps
Open the listing. A box in the sidebar asks: “Is this your business? Claim this listing for free in 1 minute: add your own photos and contact details, and don't miss a single customer.”
Click the “Claim my listing for free” button.
Create your account. When you sign up, your claim request is sent to us at the same time, and we review it within 24 hours.
You don't need a website or any technical know-how. If you have a phone and an email address, you have everything it takes.
What do you get for free?
On a claimed listing, all of this is yours for free:
your own photos, up to five,
a phone number and email address that are always up to date, because you keep them current,
links to your social media pages,
how many times your listing has been viewed,
visibility in Spanish, English, German and Hungarian, so tourists read about you in their own language.
An up-to-date number is worth more than you might think. In Spain and on the islands, many customers message on WhatsApp first: if the right number is on your listing, a visitor can ask for a table or an appointment with a single message.

Why is it worth it if you already have a Google profile?
Your Google profile matters, and nothing needs to replace it. Your Islas24 listing works alongside it:
It's read in four languages. Anyone planning their trip in English, German or Hungarian finds you in their own language.
People who weren't looking for you see you too. In the guide, visitors search by town or by category, and you're right there among the places nearby.

If something on your listing isn't right
Your listing may show an old phone number or out-of-date opening hours. If you don't want to claim it, you can simply tell us: at the bottom of every listing there's a “Spotted a mistake on this listing? Let us know” link. We'll check it and put it right.
