Children's route «¿Hay Santitos? Pan por Dios» in La Lagunaverified
On 1 November, the Fundación México Canarias runs the children's route «¿Hay Santitos? Pan por Dios» in La Laguna, so that children can get to know these Canarian All Saints' traditions. At 10:30 there is the toque de difuntos from the Iglesia de la Concepción, and the route starts at 11:00. Minimum age 6, booking required in advance. Each child comes with an adult who stays nearby.
«¿Hay Santitos?» and «Pan por Dios» are two Canarian All Saints' Day traditions, and this children's route, organised in La Laguna by the Fundación México Canarias as part of the fifth edition of «Día de Muertos - Noche de Finados», is dedicated to them. Before it starts, at 10:30, participants listen to the «toque de difuntos» from the Iglesia de la Concepción.
The route starts at 11:00 on 1 November. The minimum age is 6, and children must come with an adult, who will stay close to the activity but will not take part in it. Booking is by email to info@fundacionmexicocanarias.com.
