The middle Haría Titán distance: 22.5 km with 1,029 m of cumulative climbing, starting and finishing at the Residencia Escolar in Haría. It mixes footpath (64%) and dirt track (35%) via Barranco Tesnesia, the Valle de Temisa, Alto de Malpaso, the Mirador Rincón de Aganada and the Vega de Máguez. It starts at 08:00, an hour after the 42.5K and an hour before the 14.5K. Saturday 14 November, 08:00.
The 22.5K is the middle Haría Titán distance, shorter than the long race and with more dirt track. From the Residencia Escolar in Haría it runs through Barranco Tesnesia, La Faja and the Valle de Temisa, continues via La Pequeña and Alto de Malpaso, passes El Bosquecillo and Barranco Elvira Sánchez, reaches the Mirador Rincón de Aganada and returns via Los Castillos, El Castillejo, the Vega de Máguez, La Atalaya and the Charca de Julio. It covers 22.5 km, 64% on footpath, 35% on dirt track and 1% on tarmac, with 1,029 m of cumulative climbing, 1,028 m of descent and maximum gradients of +33.4% and -35.2%.
