«Invertimos en FESBAL» charity concert with Domingo «el Colorao», Fabiola Socas and Juan Carlos Pérez Britoverified
On Friday 30 October at 19:00, the Espacio Cultural CajaCanarias in Santa Cruz de Tenerife hosts «Invertimos en FESBAL», a charity concert by the Fundación CajaCanarias and the Fundación «la Caixa», presided over by Her Majesty Queen Sofía. Three Canarian artists perform: Domingo «el Colorao», Fabiola Socas and Juan Carlos Pérez Brito. All ticket proceeds go to the Spanish Federation of Food Banks (FESBAL).
«Invertimos en FESBAL» is a solidarity initiative by the Fundación CajaCanarias and the Fundación «la Caixa» in support of the Spanish Federation of Food Banks (FESBAL) and the food banks of the provinces of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Las Palmas. The concert, presided over by Her Majesty Queen Sofía, brings together three Canarian artists, Domingo «el Colorao», Fabiola Socas and Juan Carlos Pérez Brito, for an evening meant to raise awareness of the value of solidarity and to make the work of food banks more visible. FESBAL, a non-political and non-denominational organisation founded in 1995, brings together the food banks of Spain and works against hunger, poverty and food waste.
The concert takes place on Friday 30 October 2026 at 19:00 at the Espacio Cultural CajaCanarias on Plaza del Patriotismo, in the centre of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Charity tickets are sold online on the CajaCanarias ticket site (cajacanarias.janto.es), and all proceeds go to FESBAL. Anyone who cannot attend but would like to help can make a donation through the «Fila 0» option, also in aid of FESBAL.
