Faro de Morro Jable
A 59 metre lighthouse built in 1991 at Punta de Jandía, with a very long beach and flat seafront paths.

The Faro de Morro Jable stands at Punta de Jandía, on the southern tip of Fuerteventura. It measures 59 metres and was built in 1991, which makes it one of the tallest lighthouses in the Canaries. It is visible from a distance and serves as a marker along a very exposed stretch of coast.
Around it lie a very long beach and flat paths beside the water, used for walking and running, so a visit easily stretches well beyond the lighthouse itself. Access is free with no set hours, and you can turn up at any time. It is one of the most visited spots in the south of the island, with over 6,300 Google Maps reviews and an average of 4.6 stars.
