XXVII Gran Capítulo of the Cofradía del Vino de Canarias: parade of brotherhoods and mass in San Miguel de Abonaverified
San Miguel de Abona hosts the XXVII Gran Capítulo of the Cofradía del Vino de Canarias on Saturday 14 November, within the Saborea programme. At 11:00 the brotherhoods parade to the Plaza de la Iglesia, at 11:30 there is mass and a blessing in the church, and from 12:00 to 14:00 come official ceremonies, twinning with other food brotherhoods and the naming of new members.
The centre of San Miguel de Abona hosts the XXVII Gran Capítulo of the Cofradía del Vino de Canarias on Saturday 14 November, at the Iglesia de San Miguel Arcángel and the Plaza de la Iglesia. It is part of the Saborea San Miguel de Abona 2026 programme, a day dedicated to the tradition, culture and wine heritage of the islands.
At 11:00 the parade of the brotherhoods sets off towards the Plaza de la Iglesia. At 11:30 mass and a blessing are held in the church of San Miguel de Abona.
