The eve of the Santísima Virgen de los Remedios is the big night of the fiestas in Buenavista del Norte. On Saturday 24 October 2026 it begins with the eve mass, led by Rev. Norberto Carlos Hernández Delgado, parish priest of Ntra. Sra. de Gracia in the archpriestship of La Cuesta, and sung by the Coro Parroquial Ntra. Sra. de los Remedios; it is streamed live on the parish's Facebook page.
Mass starts at 21:00 in the Parroquia Nuestra Señora de los Remedios. Then, in this order, come the solemn procession with the image of the Virgin accompanied by the Banda Municipal de Música Ntra. Sra. de los Remedios, the fireworks display by the Hermanos Toste from Los Realejos, the parade of floats and big-headed figures with the Fanfarria del Puerto de La Cruz, the Fanfarria Santa Catalina and the Batucada Do Fogo, and the dance with Dj Simón and the Orquesta La Sabrosa on the Plaza de los Remedios. According to the fiesta committee, the fireworks will be low-noise and are planned for around 23:30; the programme gives no times for the parade or the dance.
