The walk starts at 08:00 in Vilaflor; the coach leaves the Plaza de Santiago del Teide at 06:30, stops in Tamaimo at 06:45 and at the Puerto de Santiago post office at 07:00.
Only people aged 16 or over on the day of the walk can register. Registration costs 10 euros and is online only, on the council's sports website (deportes.santiagodelteide.es), attaching proof of payment; it closes on Thursday 26 November at 23:00. According to the rules, residents registered in Santiago del Teide and federated members of the municipality's clubs have priority.
