The group, known for its own way of playing Cuban rhythms, shares the night with Mexican singer Luis Villa and his show «Como un bolero». It is an open-air night in the old town. Los Viejos de La Palma mark six decades of musical history. Closely tied to the island's popular culture, the group has kept its own way of playing Cuban rhythms alive for sixty years and has been part of many cultural and festive moments on La Palma. The concert is supported by the Cabildo de La Palma's culture department and the festivities department of Santa Cruz de La Palma town council.
