The Sinfónica de Tenerife opens its doors to the youngest listeners with El viaje de Cóclea, a programme conceived for babies, toddlers and families, built on live music, shared listening and freedom of movement. The project is designed by Grandes Oyentes, which treats children as a full audience in the present. This Saturday session is open to the whole family and is recommended for children aged three and over.
El viaje de Cóclea is the programme with which the Sinfónica de Tenerife opens its doors to babies, toddlers and families. Live music, closeness, shared listening and freedom of movement come together in an experience designed to introduce the concert from the very beginning of life. The project, conceived by Grandes Oyentes, does not treat children as future spectators but as a full audience in the present: curious, sensitive, active and able to experience music with an intensity of their own.
The programme gathers four performances in the Sala de Cámara: those on Saturday 21 November are open to the whole family and recommended for children aged three and over, while those on Sunday 22 are aimed at babies from 0 to 3 years. This session is the second one on the Saturday and starts at 12:30 in the Sala de Cámara. Pushchairs and baby carriers are not allowed inside the hall.
