The feast of the Santísima Virgen de los Remedios is the heart of the fiestas in Buenavista del Norte. On Sunday 25 October 2026 mass is led by Eloy Santiago Santiago, Bishop of the Diocese of Tenerife (Diócesis Nivariense), and sung by the Coro San Andrés y Santa Mónica de los Realejos; it is streamed live on the parish's Facebook page. Afterwards the procession goes through the customary streets with the Banda de Música Ntra. Sra. de los Remedios and the band of the Infantry Regiment «Tenerife» 49.
The solemn mass starts at 11:30 in the Parroquia Nuestra Señora de los Remedios. The morning begins at 09:30 with diana wake-up music through the town's streets; at 10:30 the band of the Infantry Regiment «Tenerife» 49 marches in along Calle La Alhóndiga, and at 11:00 the town hall receives the authorities and the Queen of the fiestas with her court of honour. In the afternoon, at 17:00, the floats and big-headed figures parade along Calle La Alhóndiga. According to the fiesta committee, rockets will be let off occasionally between 13:00 and 15:00.
