DEKA Tenerife 2026 at the Centro de Atletismo de Tenerife (CIAT), Santa Cruz de Tenerife
On 21 and 22 November, the Centro de Atletismo de Tenerife (CIAT) in Santa Cruz hosts DEKA Tenerife 2026, a functional fitness competition from the Spartan circuit. There are individual and team events: DEKA FIT, DEKA MILE and DEKA STRONG. On Saturday the final of the DEKA League by Weider is also held. Entry for participants costs 40 to 80 € depending on the event.
DEKA is the functional fitness format of the Spartan circuit, and in November it comes to Tenerife with two days of competition at the Centro de Atletismo de Tenerife (CIAT). The programme brings together individual and team events: DEKA FIT, a 5 km course with 10 exercise zones, DEKA MILE, DEKA STRONG and their team versions. The first two DEKA FIT Age Group heats on Saturday are the men's and women's final of the DEKA League by Weider.
Saturday 21 November 2026: race number pick-up 07:00 to 20:00; DEKA FIT Teams 08:00 to 11:35; DEKA FIT Age Group 11:35 to 14:40; DEKA FIT Elite 15:00 to 16:00; Age Group and Elite awards 16:45 to 17:10; DEKA MILE 17:15 to 18:45; DEKA STRONG 19:15 to 20:35. Sunday 22 November: race number pick-up 07:00 to 13:45; DEKA MILE Teams 08:00 to 09:00; DEKA FIT Teams 09:20 to 14:00; DEKA FIT Teams awards 14:45 to 14:55. The organiser notes that the schedule is provisional. Venue: Centro de Atletismo de Tenerife (CIAT), Plaza de las Nieves, 1, Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
