Casa del Terror «Entre rejas»: a Halloween haunted prison at IES Saulo Torón, Gáldar
Gáldar opens its Halloween Casa del Terror again: «Entre rejas» turns IES Saulo Torón into a maximum security prison that holds an open day to silence rumours of abuse, under the motto «Behind bars, we are all equal». Friday 30 and Saturday 31 October from 20:00 to 23:45, and Sunday 1 November from 20:00 to 21:30. Tickets cost 5 euros on entradas.galdar.es, 15 per group.
Gáldar holds a new edition of its Casa del Terror, «Entre rejas», at the IES Saulo Torón secondary school. The story is set in a maximum security prison: after the inmates' relatives report poor conditions and mistreatment, the authorities organise open days to silence the rumours, and for the first time visitors can walk its corridors, cells and restricted areas. The motto is «Behind bars, we are all equal». The haunted house is part of the town's Halloween cultural programme.
Times: Friday 30 and Saturday 31 October 2026, 20:00 to 23:45, with breaks during the evening; Sunday 1 November, 20:00 to 21:30. Each group has 15 tickets. Tickets cost 5 euros, the same as last year, and are sold on the entradas.galdar.es platform.
