It sets out on a sensory journey that connects pre-Hispanic folklore and the popular music of the Canary Islands with musical expressions from different cultures around the world. The Pieles company is a stage and music project born in the Canary Islands that researches, reinterprets and projects cultural heritage from a contemporary perspective, seeing roots culture not as an archive of the past but as living material in constant transformation.
The performance takes place on Sunday 25 October 2026 at 21:00 in the Plaza de Nuestra Señora de Los Remedios, Buenavista del Norte. Two days earlier, on Friday 23 October at 20:00, the company stages the same piece in Santa Úrsula.
