Verbenas de La Palma, the project that has spent nine years promoting the island's open-air dances, its orchestras and its live music, celebrates its ninth anniversary in Breña Baja. It is the second time it does so in this municipality: the first was in 2019, for its second anniversary, in the El Socorro neighbourhood. For the occasion a much-loved band returns, Arena Caliente, with «El Regreso», joined by Orquesta Tropicana's, one of the leading orchestras of La Palma's verbenas.
The event takes place on Saturday 14 November 2026, from 16:00, in the Plaza de Las Madres in San José, Breña Baja. It is organised by Breña Baja Town Council, Socan Events, Sonora Canarias and Verbenas de La Palma. The poster gives neither a price nor a finishing time.
