“60 minutos en blanco” by Improacción opens Canarias Improvisa in El Rosarioverified
The Improacción company opens the Canarias Improvisa festival with “60 minutos en blanco” on Friday 6 November at 19:30 at the Casa de la Cultura de El Rosario, in La Esperanza. Three improvisers have one hour to build a complete play from scratch, and the audience chooses where the story is set and which genre it wants to see. Free admission.
Improacción is the company that opens the programme of the Canarias Improvisa festival. Its show, “60 minutos en blanco”, starts with a countdown: three improvisers, two actors and a director, take the stage without a script and have one hour to build a complete play, with characters, set, music and twists that are invented on the spot. When the time runs out, the show ends.
The audience gives the first clues, choosing where the story takes place and which genre it wants to see, be it adventure, romance or horror, and from there the company builds a story that will never be repeated. The performance is on Friday 6 November 2026 at 19:30 at the Casa de la Cultura de El Rosario, on Calle La Sardinera in La Esperanza. Admission is free.
