11th Achamán Festival with Los Gofiones as guest groupverified
Eleventh edition of the festival of the Achamán group, with Los Gofiones as guests, in the year of their 50th anniversary. Achamán is the group that sings the Mass of the main day at the Real Santuario, so this festival is their other face: the stage one, not the liturgical choir. It takes place in the Plaza del Cristo.
On Sunday 20 September 2026 at 17:00 the 11th Achamán Festival is held within the Fiestas del Cristo de La Laguna, with Los Gofiones performing as guest group.
Achamán is the group that sings the Mass of the main day in the forecourt of the Real Santuario, on 14 September. This festival is the other half of their presence in the fiestas: the stage half. Los Gofiones, this year's guests, are one of the best known folk groups of Gran Canaria. The group itself has announced the venue, the Plaza del Cristo, and pointed out that this edition falls in the year of their 50th anniversary.
