World Aquatics: 2026 Women's U18 Water Polo World Championshipsverified

The World Aquatics U18 Women's Water Polo World Championships 2026 take place from 16 to 23 August at the new Centro de Deportes Acuáticos de Tenerife (CDAT) in Puerto de la Cruz, with 20 national teams.

There are matches every day, eight a day between 09:00 and 19:30. The tournament opens on Sunday 16 at 09:00 with New Zealand against Türkiye and closes on Sunday 23 at 19:30 with the final; the bronze medal match is played the same day at 18:00.

Spain, the defending champion, is in Group B alongside Croatia, China and the United States, and plays all three group matches at 19:30: Croatia on the 16th, the United States on the 17th and China on the 18th.

All times are Canary Islands local time, one hour behind mainland Spain.
