VI Festival Salitre y Sonverified
Sixth edition of the Salitre y Son Festival: a night of Latin music and dancing by the sea, with Dj Dailos Di Marco, Quimbao La Nuit, Iván Cacú y su Orquesta and Orquesta El Bembé. Attendees traditionally dress in white.
Plaza de San Pedro in Valle Gran Rey hosts the sixth edition of the Salitre y Son Festival, one of the most anticipated summer events in the municipality.
The line-up features Dj Dailos Di Marco, Grupo Quimbao La Nuit, Iván Cacú y su Orquesta and Orquesta El Bembé, with Caribbean rhythms, salsa, son and other Latin styles.
As is tradition, the organisers encourage everyone to come dressed in white: it is the festival's signature look, and every year it turns the seafront square into a stage of its own.
