The Verbena Romera closes the great folk day of Valsequillo on Saturday 19 September at 23:00 in the Plaza Tifariti. The party carries on with Yoni y Aya and the Orquesta Furia Joven, who keep the rhythm going into the early hours and offer a night of dancing, fun and good atmosphere for residents and visitors in the heart of the village. The Plaza Tifariti is the main open air stage of the festive programme and lies right in the centre of Valsequillo.

The municipal programme describes it as a fine way to round off a day devoted to tradition and to the celebration of the roots of the village. It is the third event of the night, after the Romería Ofrenda that leaves the football pitch at 18:30 and the Noche Canaria at 21:00. It is held in a public space and the programme publishes neither an admission price nor a closing time.
