Verbena with Grupo Relieve at the 2026 Igualero fiestas
On Saturday 26 September, from 18:00 to 22:00, the square in Igualero, next to the Ermita de San Francisco de Asís, hosts a verbena with Grupo Relieve. It is part of the 2026 Igualero fiestas, held by this neighbourhood of Vallehermoso, on La Gomera, in honour of San Francisco de Asís. On Sunday 27 September the programme continues with Mass, a procession, paella and a closing verbena.

On Saturday 26 September, from 18:00 to 22:00, the neighbourhood square beside the Ermita de San Francisco de Asís hosts a verbena, an open-air dance, with Grupo Relieve.
Sunday 27 September is the main day: at 13:00 there is a Mass led by the parish priest Ángel Mederos, followed by the procession of San Francisco de Asís along its customary route. Afterwards paella is served to everyone attending, and the fiestas close with a big verbena featuring Ecos de La Gomera and Grupo Acorde. The programme gives no time for the Sunday verbena.
