THE ONE & the one - Collette Gomette & Anna Delirium (FIC 2026)verified
THE ONE & the one brings clowns Colette Gomette and Anna de Lirium to Plaza del Príncipe in Santa Cruz de Tenerife as part of the Festival Internacional Clownbaret (FIC) 2026. One big and one small, one sturdy and one slim: the physical contrast opens a comic relationship of affection, freedom and ego. For all ages, 50 minutes, on Friday 9 October 2026 at 20:30.
Hélène Gustin (Colette Gomette) and Tanja Simma (Anna de Lirium) met on a tour in Brazil in 2014, after years of looking for a stage partner. Each already had more than 25 years of solo work on international stages, at festivals, in the street and in unconventional spaces such as hospitals, and together they follow the line of comic duos from Harlequin and Brighella to Laurel and Hardy.
In THE ONE & the one, Anna overflows with affection and would do anything to be seen by the other, while Colette demands freedom without always being able to handle it: one embodies the power of size, the other the power of speed. Like yin and yang they need each other and keep testing their friendship. It runs 50 minutes and suits all ages. The duo plays again on Sunday 11 October at 18:00. This performance is in Plaza del Príncipe on Friday 9 October 2026 at 20:30.
