Limpet shell playing workshop with the Dalton brothers – Fiestas de San Miguelverified
As part of the Fiestas de San Miguel Arcángel 2026 in Tuineje, Fuerteventura, the Dalton brothers, Alejandro and Raúl Cabrera Veneros, lead a workshop on the toque de lapas, the playing of limpet shells. Participants can bring their own limpet shells and learn how to prepare them for playing. The workshop takes place in the Plaza de San Miguel on Thursday 1 October, from 18:00 to 20:00.
The workshop «Aprende y conoce el toque de lapas» (learn about playing limpet shells) is part of the programme of the Fiestas de San Miguel Arcángel 2026 in Tuineje, which run from 25 September to 18 October. It is led by Alejandro and Raúl Cabrera Veneros, known as the Dalton brothers.
Participants are invited to bring their own limpet shells, and the brothers show how to prepare them for playing. The session runs from 18:00 to 20:00 in the Plaza de San Miguel in Tuineje and starts on Thursday 1 October 2026 at 18:00.
