Sun Dance Family Sessions comes to the Sala de Cámara of the Teatro Leal with a format that combines electronic music, dance and wellbeing. A DJ and a movement specialist lead children and adults through a practice built around loosening the body and dancing together, with no previous level required.
The session opens with a short tailored warm up and a few movement guidelines before the dancing itself. The organisers state that since 2016 they have held around thirty sessions with more than 1,500 participants. Tickets cost 5 € and are sold through Tickety.
