Starmus VIII — En busca de la verdadverified
Eighth edition of the Starmus festival, bringing Nobel laureates, astronauts, scientists and artists together in Tenerife and La Palma from 17 to 22 October 2026 around science and music.
Starmus VIII "The Search for Truth" takes place from 17 to 22 October 2026 in Tenerife and La Palma. Co-founded by astrophysicist Garik Israelian and musician Brian May, the festival blends science, art and human exploration with talks by Nobel laureates, astronauts and scientists, round tables, screenings and major concerts.
The opening gala on 17 October features the Stephen Hawking Medal and the new Jane Goodall Earth Medal, with musical performances backed by an orchestra. The lectures are held at the Pirámide de Arona in the south of Tenerife, while La Palma hosts the closing day and concert. Tickets are available on the festival's official website.
