Romería with offering to the Virgen del Pilar from the entrada de Tecén, Valle de los Nueveverified
On Sunday 11 October at 19:00, the Romería Ofrenda to the Virgen del Pilar sets off from the entrada de Tecén in Telde, part of the fiestas in honour of Nuestra Señora del Pilar in Valle de los Nueve, held from 3 to 25 October. The organiser, the Patronato de Fiestas Los Naranjos-Valle de los Nueve, describes them as family fiestas for everyone, with support from Telde City Council, the Cabildo de Gran Canaria and the Government of the Canary Islands.
The Romería Ofrenda to the Virgen del Pilar is part of the 2026 programme of the fiestas in honour of Nuestra Señora del Pilar in the Valle de los Nueve Alto neighbourhood, organised from 3 to 25 October by the Patronato de Fiestas Los Naranjos-Valle de los Nueve with support from Telde City Council, the Cabildo de Gran Canaria and the Government of the Canary Islands. Later the same evening, at 23:00, the verbena with Los Favoritos and Grupo Arena follows.
The romería sets off from the entrada de Tecén, in Telde. The Patronato reserves the right to change or cancel any event for reasons beyond its control. Departure is on Sunday 11 October 2026 at 19:00.
