Pilgrimage from the Los Molinos football ground up to the Ermita de las Nieves, with the offering to the Virgin and a night of folk music.
The pilgrimage of Our Lady of the Snows is one of the most heartfelt dates in Teguise's festivities. It sets off at 17:00 from the Los Molinos football ground and heads for the Ermita de Nuestra Señora de las Nieves. On arrival there is the offering to the Virgin, followed by a night of parrandas, the local folk music. A free bus runs from the Convento de San Francisco at 18:30 and returns at 21:00. The chapel lies about six kilometres from the old town of Teguise, so comfortable shoes and water are a good idea.
