«Furor» television show re-creation at the Fiestas de Sardinaverified
The re-creation of the television show «Furor» takes place on Wednesday 16 September at 20:00 on the sports court of Sardina del Norte, within the fiestas in honour of San Pedro González Telmo and Nuestra Señora del Carmen. It is a team music contest in the style of the television programme, presented by «Fabiola Perdono Trujillo». Registration as a contestant closed on 6 September; the audience attends freely.
The Sardina del Norte district of Gáldar holds its fiestas in honour of San Pedro González Telmo and Nuestra Señora del Carmen from 1 September to 3 October, with the Asociación de Vecinos San Pedro González Telmo, the Comisión de Fiestas and the Ayuntamiento de Gáldar behind the programme. On Wednesday 16 September the sports court turns into an improvised set for the re-creation of the music contest «Furor».
The contest starts at 20:00 and pits teams from the district against each other in musical rounds, presented by «Fabiola Perdono Trujillo». Entries for contestants and team supporters went through the Comisión de Fiestas and closed on Sunday 6 September, so the line-up of participants is already set. Anyone not competing can follow the evening from the stands, with no registration.
