On Monday 28 September 2026, from 12:00 to 19:00, the traditional Parranda del Socorro tours the bodegas of the district. It sets off from El Calvario and the route fills the whole afternoon, bodega by bodega, in one of the most recognisable dates on the El Socorro festive calendar.
On reaching the square there are songs to the venerated image of Nuestra Señora del Socorro and the election of the Queen and King of Gofio. That same Monday the church opens from 17:00 to 20:00 for the opening of the temple and the veneration of the sacred image.
