Festivals & Pilgrimages

On Saturday 19 September at 22:30 the revered images of the Virgen de Guía and the Santísimo Cristo de la Dulce Muerte are carried in procession to the puente de Abajo, accompanied by the Banda de Música Virgen de la Luz. There the traditional Barco de Fuegos, the fire ship, is burned, followed by a fireworks display by the Hermanos Toste of Los Realejos. The programme adds that the church stays open all day.

The Noche Isorana follows, with Edwin Rivera, Orquesta Sabrosa, Maquinaria Band and Dj Lemus. The programme sets no start time for that part, only that it follows the procession, so the practical reference point is the end of the fireworks.
