Lucía Acuña delivers the opening address of the 2026 San Luis festivities, with a performance by Marisa López and the Más Bonito que San Luis award.
The pregón officially opens the festivities. This year it is read by Lucía Acuña, known in the neighbourhood as Lucy, la de Antonio, daughter of Antonio El Negro, one of the figures who kept the San Luis traditions alive. She has been involved in her neighbourhood's festivities since she was very young.
During the event the honorary award Más Bonito que San Luis 2026 goes to Manuel Martín Miñana and Clemente Correa del Rosario, with the collaboration of CIT Nordeste de Tenerife. Marisa López performs.
